Nameless character! I was doodling random things the other day, and liked the result =3= So here it is, done in Open Canvas! xD and a bit of Adobe Photo 6 <3~
That animal thing on his shoulder is a pet bear O=! It follows him places...;

The tones were done in OpenCanvas ^_^ As for the lines, I was messing around bluring with the filter->blur in Adobe, and hardlighted the lines in the duplicated layer... haha I can't explain things to save my life >_>;;;
